The location is fantastic, really in the heart of things. the staff was super helpful and always ready to assist. i liked the complimentary water, coffee machine, and vending machine. Very convenient (i used them a lot!). the shower was amazing, especially after long days exploring.
The soundproofing could be better. I occasionally heard noises from neighboring rooms.

The location was acceptable. It provided easy access to various dining options nearby.
The noise was a serious issue. I heard plumbing noises from other rooms, and it was so loud i couldn't sleep properly without earplugs. it sounded like constant flushing and showering, a terrible experience.

The location provides easy access to metro and bus lines. I could quickly reach different attractions. The staff was friendly. The room was quite clean, and it provided sufficient space for my needs. The bathroom had all necessary equipment.
The walls seem a bit thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms!

Taking the Aerobús is a great choice for both speed and affordability. It takes approximately 30 minutes and costs around 5.90€. Get off at GRAN VIA-URGELL and walk a couple of blocks to the hostel.
